Cabernet Sauvignon
Blackberry vanilla nose. Smooth berry and black currant flavors, round and soft in the mouth, long, lush, jammy finish.

Merlot
Intense, robust character - a mouthful of lush red berry and currant. Soft French oak in the nose and the palate with a smooth plum finish.

Chancellor
Rich jammy fruit, toasty oak finish

Chardonnay
Aromas of pear with a hint of citrus followed by subtle green apple flavors. Soft, balanced, with a light oak vanilla nose.
